In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "897ph," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the 897ph online gambling platform accessible at https://897ph.cam and all associated services.
• "Player," "you," or "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on 897ph or accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the individual player account created upon successful registration on 897ph.
• "Wallet" or "Account Balance" refers to the real-money funds held within a player's 897ph account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to non-cashable promotional credits awarded to a player's account under specific terms and wagering conditions.
• "Games" refers to all gambling products available on the 897ph platform, including but not limited to live casino games, sabong, slots, crash, bingo, and fishing games.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals and, in some cases, higher-value deposits are processed.
• "Restricted Jurisdictions" refers to countries, territories, or regions from which access to 897ph is prohibited by applicable law or by 897ph's own operational policies.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any action explicitly forbidden under Section 10 of these Terms.

By accessing the 897ph platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is legally binding between you and 897ph.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 897ph platform and, if applicable, contact support to close your account. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use 897ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Republic Act No. 9287 and applicable PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of or located within a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of registration or play.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of another individual in creating or operating an 897ph account.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 897ph or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from 897ph or subject to an active account closure for misconduct.

To use 897ph's real-money gambling services, you must create a registered account. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account use:

897ph is required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR guidelines to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. The KYC process may also be triggered for large or unusual deposit activity.

KYC verification requires you to submit the following documents:

• A clear, colour photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (passport, driver's licence, national ID, or SSS/GSIS card)
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (bank statement, utility bill, or government correspondence)
• Where required, proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or Maya account showing your registered name and number)

897ph aims to complete standard KYC review within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawals will be placed on hold pending successful KYC completion. 897ph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where required for compliance purposes.

Submitting false, altered, or fraudulent documents for KYC verification constitutes a criminal offence under Philippine law and will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the relevant authorities.

897ph accepts deposits via the following approved payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawals from your 897ph account wallet are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallet withdrawals and ₱500 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, wherever technically possible, to satisfy anti-money laundering obligations.
• Any active bonus funds in your account must comply with their applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance may be withdrawn.
• 897ph targets processing of standard withdrawals within 15–60 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers, subject to KYC and fraud review completion.
• 897ph reserves the right to conduct additional security and source-of-funds checks on withdrawals of significant value, which may extend processing time.

897ph does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard e-wallet transactions. Bank transfer fees, if any, are determined by the receiving institution and are outside of 897ph's control.

897ph offers promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the following general bonus rules:

All games on the 897ph platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.

897ph sources games from licensed and certified third-party game providers. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical outcomes conducted by trained dealers. 897ph does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including connection drops, server errors, or display faults — the outcome of the affected round may be declared void and any wagers returned to the player's wallet. 897ph's decision regarding the treatment of rounds affected by technical errors is final.

Any bet that 897ph determines to have been placed in error, as a result of a system malfunction, or in exploitation of a known technical error will be voided and the associated wager returned. Winnings generated from manifest errors are not payable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 897ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or are located in a Restricted Jurisdiction
• Registering more than one 897ph account
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using another person's identity, payment credentials, or account without their express authorisation
• Using the 897ph platform for any money laundering or terrorist financing activity, or depositing funds derived from illegal sources
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the 897ph platform or its underlying systems
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, access accounts, or otherwise interact with the 897ph platform
• Colluding with other players to affect game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 897ph staff or other players through any communication channel
• Attempting to charge back or reverse deposits made to your 897ph account via your payment provider after using those funds

897ph is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory waiting period of at least 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you can lose within a defined period before game access is automatically suspended.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a set number of continuous hours on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to real-money games for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Game access is restricted but withdrawals remain available.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 897ph platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from any 897ph content without express written permission from 897ph.

Scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of content from the 897ph platform using automated tools is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised use of 897ph intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine and applicable international law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 897ph's liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• 897ph is not liable for any loss of profits, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if 897ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 897ph is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, or service interruptions caused by third parties, including internet service providers and payment processors.
• 897ph is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• 897ph's aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total sum deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident.

Nothing in these Terms excludes 897ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

897ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested
• Discovery that the player is under 21 years of age or does not meet eligibility requirements
• Chargebacks initiated by the player against 897ph deposits
• Player self-exclusion request
• Regulatory requirement or court order

Where an account is closed for reasons other than player misconduct or breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) remaining in the account wallet will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, following completion of applicable verification checks.

Where an account is closed due to player misconduct, breach of Terms, or confirmed fraud, 897ph reserves the right to retain all balances, including deposits, pending resolution of any investigation and recovery of losses caused by the player's conduct.

897ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 897ph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to the registered address, in-platform notification, or both.

The most current version of these Terms is always published at https://897ph.cam/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly stated. Continued use of the 897ph platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your account prior to the amendment taking effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 897ph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to notify 897ph of the dispute in writing and allow 30 days for 897ph to attempt resolution in good faith. In the event of unresolved disputes relating to the outcome of a specific game or transaction, 897ph's log records shall constitute the primary evidence of game outcomes and account activity.

In the event of any conflict between the English-language version of these Terms and any translated version, the English-language version shall prevail.
